Leaking Pipes

So, can you see the leak here? Apparently this has been going for 3 months! And no one bothered to mention it to me. Ah well, their water bill.

Wondering how much water went through it - close on to 10-15,000 gallons of water we reckon. And it was all hot water from the boiler as well! So not only were they getting a large water bill, they also got a decent electricity bill as well.

Tomorrows job is to fix a broken shoulder joint.
