Valley Forge
Continuing the tour of Pennsylvania... :) Today we visited Valley Forge National Historic Park. Valley Forge was an encampment of the Continental Army led by George Washington during the Revolutionary War. But in addition to the historical sites such as Washington's headquarters, soldiers cabins and canons, the park has all sorts of walking and hiking trails. It's about 3400 acres of rolling hills with grassy fields and woods...it's simply beautiful.
