Never look back

We went driving tonight. It was nice to just drive, even with gas prices being what they are. I unpacked the camera and just started shooting pictures. I didn't really care what of or how. Just pointing and clicking. Sometimes I get to caught up and forget how much fun photography can be. Tonight was all about surprises. Just clicking away then looking to see what the camera captured.

I liked this one. At some point, while shoving it out the window, I caught the sideview. Not bad for not focusing. Just adjusted the brightness/contrast a little and voila!

Senator, the 'not-so-little' kitty, has found a new favorite nighttime treat.. Hmm. Whatever 'flips his little skirt' I suppose. If it keeps them out of the house, so be it.

Found out our neighbors are moving this weekend. They were the kind of neighbors you look for. BBQ's, late night cookie deliveries (yum), front porch conversations....Yep, definitely going to miss them.
