Raining on Wellington

First day of my holidays and guess what its raining well did not stop me getting out and about went for a walk round town and this picture almost took its self the two things that are always the same in Glasgow a road cone on top of the iron duke and people with brollys.
hope day two gets better but looking at the forcast I think I will need to bay a snorkel and wet suit .
