Water water everywhere

And not a drop to drink. What a rubbish washout of a day weatherwise. I managed to flood my work by opening the back door and it flooded in as it was 4 inches deep out back but I failed to notice this as I'd run to the post office. Came back to find the rear part of the building flooded and it only stopped ad the boss had cone through for something and shut the door. I told him we needed a soakaway years ago ..... This was one of two drains that had been forced upwards on the way home. Cycled in water up to my wheel hubs at one point and the road was two inches at the apex. Poured water out my shoes when I got home and daughter gave me a towel off the radiator to dry myself. Lovely.
