Stella Chicken

I enjoyed my day off today. I went to Pilates this morning, did some accounts and pottered about the flat doing various chores.

This evening, I went to see Dotty and we made Beer Can Chicken or, as Dotty preferred to call it, Stella Chicken! As you can see, we dipped our potatoes in the chicken fat and THAT was yummy!
