Green Drive 5

Cal on the final run in on the Green Drive 5 mile road race at Lytham. Cal had a good finish for 5th overall and 4th in the Lancs 5 mile road race champs just outside the medals by 6 seconds. If he had not raced on Saturday he would probably have medalled. Still not to bad for a 17 yr old to finish 2 minutes behind a runner who will be representing England in the Dublin marathon shortly. Cal was made up as 5th place earned him £15 in prize money. After my petrol expenses and entry fee he might end up with £2!
