Lincoln Center

No shortage of good fountains around, but this one drew me instantly. It looked like dozens of champagne bottles being uncorked in celebration. Watched a concert at the Lincoln Center this afternoon, which again was about celebrating life. The queue leading up to it was lined with people about twice my age and in a rush of panic, I had to recheck that I was indeed in the correct line and in fact it wouldn't be an ordeal I couldn't weather.

Had I been more thorough when I checked for the event, I may not have chosen to watch it, but it was good. Some of the older performers had great stage presence and sang very well. A great day and an even better evening followed.
