A Frustrated Portrait

I haven't really done a great deal today. Had a bit of a lie in which was nice, but not necessarily deserved nor needed. I did tidy my room, which was in desperate need because it was AWFUL. Other than that i've done a bit of practice, and a little bit (not enough) school work.

I really annoy myself sometimes. And the evening just seems to have got progressively worse and worse. I have to concerts coming up next week which I thought i was completely prepared for. I'd organised the repertoire early, organised the flute quartet as well as the solo and everything was set to be fine. I'd even found a replacement person for one of the concerts as one of the quartet couldn't make it. But since then i've found out that it was in fact the sunday she couldn't do and the saturday she could, meaning my replacement is on the wrong day. And I can find nobody at all who's free on the sunday.

Also i'm under the 'accompanist stress' that often comes in hand with concerts. I had left it a bit late to organise the accompanist meaning that now I may not be able to do the pieces I originally intended to do unless I find another accompanist with more time to learn the music for next week, which is also proving unlikely.

Hopefully both problems will be sorted out on some level tomorrow. Fingers crossed anyways. This was a bit of a rushed photo as you may be able to tell, although I haven't been busy busy busy today as I should've been. The whole concept of photography slipt my mind.
