Warm

Woke up in agony this morning, not a great start to the day. It took a good few hours to get the pain (and myself!) under control. I was comfortable by lunchtime so took a drive up to my folks place to see the boys and have a roast dinner before heading home in time for Spooks and a bottle of red.
