A family silhouette

This is a bit out of my comfort zone. As you may have noticed, I have enhanced The contrast a lot in this picture. I've done that to emphasize the silhouette. I don't usually play with the contrast so much!

I took this picture as I walked to work this morning. The weather was beautiful, although a bit chilly. But I do really like to feel the cold air on my face in the mornings. It really wakes me up!

I'm undecided whether to have a break from themes or to do a second "abandoned and neglected" one (those who have followed my journal for quite a while will know which one I mean). Basically, I took pictures of abandoned and neglected or damaged places and things. Just having a think about it...

Work was just ok. There was a race going on in the Royal Mile this morning, and I wondered what it was...
