Drying tubers

Yesterday we dug up all our Dahlia tubers to save them from the frost. They are now drying on our glazed-in balcony. In a few days, we will put them to rest for the winter in paper bags, and store them frost-free and dark. In the lower right corner you can also spot corms from our Gladiolus callianthus.

Weather was sunny with temperatures around +8°C.
