The Final Cut

Bringing another of the year's cycles to an end, or at least to a dormant phase, today's blip commemorates what will probably be the final lawn cut of the year. I thought the same two weeks ago, but the garden has already started its seasonal reversion to boggy moor, so today seemed definitive.

The first cut was marked by Shadow Line Dancing on April 16th, so there's also a neatness in the final cut being exactly six months later.

Apart from lawn mowing, I had a nice local geocaching adventure with 7yo, where we picked up a round of five caches on the moor. We also had our first furry caterpillar encounter of the year. Small but memorable things.
