Growing up in the country

The road over Alderley Edge is narrow, winding and lined with dense forest. On an autumn day like today it's nice to wind the windows down and smell the musty autumn leaves and look at the fungus thiving on dead trees. Even better to get out and take a walk. Sadly I don't have much time today.

I didn't grow up here, but in another part of Cheshire where I would spend Sunday mornings horse riding over the hills.

The countryside is OK in small doses!
