Zantedeschia
Today I saw something that I doubt I will ever see again.
Alongside the road, close to the resort we we staying at, were multitudes of Arum lilies.
At first I could not believe them to be Arums growing in the arid Australian bush, but it soon became like a wonderworld of these beautiful white flowers.
What took my breath away, were the huge patches of white lilies dissapearing into the bush ... sometimes there was no break and it was as if the whole area was one big Arum lily patch ...
Of course there were many individual groups scattered here and there, but the large patches of lilies were astounding.
Since I could not really come close enough, I hope that the image will give an idea.
