Waterfall

Yesterday we took a hike to this waterfall in the mountains north of Los Angeles. It was an interesting day as we were a mix of people. A mexican, a costa rican, a frenchie, a russian and me from England.
This best bit was taking a dip and swimming under the failing water. It was really cold and refreshing. Me and the Russian were the only ones willing to do it. The others didn't like the idea.
What makes so many people afraid of being uncomfortable? Yes it was cold but the rewards in terms of heart rate and exhilerations were amazing.
