I'm getting closer - this blip is only 40 minutes late. This is the first photo I've been happy with in a long time on blip, I'm too busy with other things to put in enough effort.

This morning at the gym I did a combat session with Ruan, my friend who used to compete at national level in Karate in South Africa. It was good fun, and followed by a BLT with Sophie and Duncan. I got roped into cooking dinner for the four of us as well, and we rounded off the night watching Iron Man. No work done all day.
