Proud to be Welsh

Today's photo is a tribute to the Welsh rugby team, who today were beaten by France in the World Cup Semi final by the narrowest of margins 9-8!

I saw the second half whilst working out in my local gym at Bourton on the Water. Ah the agony and ecstasy of sport - watching is even more dramatic! Bless our boys, even a man down they battled to the bitter end. So near and yet so far. In fairness to the French, their defence was almost impenetrable.

I wore my bright red hoody with Wales emblazoned on the back. Win or lose I'm still proud to be Welsh!
