Runnymede and Windsor Great Park

Lunch in the Fox and Hounds at Englefield Green (posh ham, egg and chips - superb), followed by a 5 miles-ish walk around Runnymede and Windsor Great Park, taking in the John F Kennedy memorial (technically we had returned to the USA as they own the land), the Magna Carta memorial, and finally the Commonwealth Air Force Memorial. The latter - seen here - was stunning, and brought back memories of the umpteen places we saw in France this year. Blue skies, sun, crispy leaves underfoot - all good.
