stockley farm

We had a lovely day today altogether after our wkend apart. We went to stockley farm. It started with a tractor trailer ride which was very bumpy but fun! Ellie held a baby rabbit, stroked some week old piglets, watched the owl and falcon show, saw a sheep being sheared and had a great play outside and in the sand. We had a picnic for lunch which was nice too. It is such a great place for children and we all enjoyed it. When we got home all 4 of us fell asleep for 3 hours and didn't wake until 6 pm! We decided to go out to pizza express for tea as there was no way the children would go down at their normal bedtime of 7pm, 1 hr later! It was very yummy. Today was exactly how a bank holiday should be!!!
