Just waiting for.....

.....the firstborn and the granddaughter to arrive for 'Operation Christmas Cake 2011'.....they're bringing a rum-soaked morello cherry/mixed peel/chopped apricot melange to add to that brandy-soaked raisin/sultana/currant/chopped cranberry mixture in that pan (and it's a very BIG pan)......driving or operating machinery is not advised after eating a slice......

PS.....the kitchen won't be a pretty sight tonight, I thought I'd spare you that.......
