ahhh sunny October!

so today we did the mammoth nine house/unit viewings in bondi beach. Four applications lodged. Twenty fingers crossed.

Beautiful sunny day. This is what it's all about! More and more people heading to bondi. We cannot wait to start beach life and not just view the beach between house inspections.

Also saw our first Huntsman spider today. Pretty jolly big and poor M was still trembling an hour after, not to mention the house has been ruled off the potential pile. Definitely require some manning up but I've never seen anything like it! Missed blip opportunity there I realise.

Just in a bar watching the rugby. C'mon Wales.....
