King Parrot....

Had a pretty lazy day today, if its any consolation I thought about going to the gym today but went to the bottle shop instead......Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA's instead of rowing and running.....oh well !! I did pick up a new pair of trainers for the gym.......

We had heaps of birds around the house this afternoon, these King Parrots were the least jumpy, I was too close for my lens to focus at this point and had to move back a touch!!

Anyways more beer and pizza tonight and feeling guilty.....ish !
