It's been a long one...
Wow, what a week.
I didn't expect to get a lot out of this week - attending a training course for my company in St Charles but it has completely blown me away.
We have this core value - One Global Network - and to be honest that sounds all a bit w*nk where a statement insinuates that the company enables connections to be made on that level that can be leveraged on a personal and professional way.
This week surpassed my expectations.
I made friends - and I mean friends - - with a massive variety of people.
It's weird and although I know I am sounding like a hallmark card and I hope, dear readers, you can forgive this but this week I met people I bonded with and connected with in a way I completely did not expect.
I have two more days left before I go home to enjoy Chicago and although I'm sad of the ending I am really looking forward to being home where my lovely neice and amazing nephew and family will be waiting for me.
Lets not forget Caspe and Steve - uh? ;)
The picture is a reflection my friend E pointed out of a single church spire being reflected beautifully in the windows of a Chicago skyscraper this evening!
