Masskara Night

For the next two nights, Bacolod's main street will be closed to traffic. The unmistakable aroma of chicken Inasal (local barbecued chicken) will permeate the air already heavy with swirly smoke. The rythmic beat of bongos and drums will stir you to join in. We will forget that sugar prices are low and that the economy is still a mess. For now we sway to the music and dance to the beat.
