Mocha fudge cake

Only photo I took today and it's a bit shiny but didn't want to miss 2 days in a row.

Made this cake for our dept as Laura (see last blip) was leaving today. She's not planning to come back even after maternity leave as is planning to move house and we'll all miss her soooooo much. She's a spreadsheet queen, a fantastic teacher and a really good friend.

The cake didn't cope too well with the non flat front seat of the car and suffered a bit of subsidence!

Now I need to go to bed as I've got to get up at 5am to go on a school trip.
