Jump!

Got a rare chance today to be allowed to take photos in a swimming pool - it was the kids' holiday swimming boot camp and the teacher checked if it was ok with all parents there.

Both kids learnt to swim this week, not doggy paddle and not any great distance, but swim, unaided, back and front with heads underwater and correct breathing and technique.

It's Krystals first set of lessons which is impressive and for Kory it's a minor miracle. He's gone to lessons elsewhere for 18 months and was still terrified. Since I changed him to these ones, he's come on so so fast. 7 Saturdays plus this week and it's like a different kid in the water, he's volunteering to go first, going to the bottom to retrieve things and actually letting go of instructor/floats and as you can see jumping in!

I'm really impressed and can't thank the instructor enough for what she's done/doing with them. Her technique is something else.
