Macy's Madness.

The cute new British boy at my coffee shop says to me "I'm new to the area - is there a parade, or festival, or...? What is Memorial Day?" And I pause for a minute to remember the actual meaning behind Memorial Day, but instead I explain that it's a sales day, and that he should check out the six floor Macy's because it's sure to be crazy. Sure enough - it was INSANE!
