A Nice Surprise

I am still thinking about the magical show yesterday, thinking about things that I forgot yesterday!

It was such a mild day that didn't need a coat on the evening walk with Breagha. Seventeen degrees is pretty good for mid October:-)

Walking past some allotments saw a big load of dahlias, still in full and part bloom, just asking to be photographed. In the past I shied away from the red flowers as was not happy with the results. I turned one of the settings to minus 1 and that did the trick. Colour now looks the same as the flower.

I would like to thank the nice people who came by yesterday congratulated me on reaching 300! I am pleased with myself as I am notorious for starting things with great gusto, then slowly lose interest . . . . . .. (it usually just applies to hobbies!!
