Do not romanticize animal behaviour research

We visited the zoo to study animal behaviour for S's biology study. He needed to study 3 species of different classes, each 10 minutes twice. I did suggest people as a subject, but apparently that was not allowed, so we did raccoons, beos and fish (forgot which). Sometimes 10 mins seem to last for ages...

Decided to blip an animal, as we were in the zoo, though I increasingly start to appreciate the visitors.
