Blipped this Kereru (more commonly known as a Wood Pigeon) during an afternoon family stroll at Otari-Wilton's Bush in Wellington. A coldish day and a bit wet but great to be off work - also had a family outing to the old Empire Cinema in Island Bay to see the new Indiana Jones film with a cinema full of parents and babies (special babes in arms sessions on Tuesday mornings - fantastic!). Not a bad film but was never going to be as good as the original 3 lets face it - especially without Shir Sean!
