Pull your socks up

There is much excitement in this household as we are on the eve of "the big match". I do believe that Wales are playing France in the semifinal of the Rugby Union World Cup. (if ewe don't know about it where have ewe been?)

I was in Cardiff today & one of the offices LadyWL visited had invited all the staff to dress in red. In the pub ( we only went in there for water!) they had their rugby jerseys on at the ready! I did hear someone ask what time is the match tonight??

Tonight? The match is tomorrow. When, the men of Wales with "shoulders like tall boys" will march force and beat the French. We have a French stick to nibble on tonight as an aperitif (only crumbs for me) and the main course is tomorrow at 8:30 for 9:00. Where will ewe be watching?

Me? I need to get up really early to bagsy a good seat on the settee or the wearer of these socks will get my seat!! Hence the reason for this early blip- I need an early night to get my bewety sleep!
