Thrifty Headboard

I made a crappy folding table i had into a tufted headboard. I did this because:

A) The table wasn't that great - it was made of metal & cardboard or something
B)I didn't want to make room in the closet
C)I've always wanted a tufted headboard

So, I drilled some holes, made some covered buttons, cut up a sheet on got on sale and voila! tufted headboard.

Original cost of table - $20
Batting & Fabric - $15
Buttons - $6
Total -$41.

I should be on tv or something.

Old table = headboard. sometimes, i really do surprise myself.
