Small van big people....

Hilarious moment when our 'hire car' arrives....7seater, broken boot, no seat belts, (they've been cut off) & virtually impossible to fit 4adults plus 3 child car seats into!!!

Another hairbrained scheme to save a dollar..., or even a few hundred Mauritian Rupees!!!

After a ride to the hardware store to buy 'ratchets' and a few other make do items. Then a pointless hour with 3 adults scratching heads, trying to attach ropes, luggage straps & Ratchets......it was decided that we were being daft & would have to upgrade to the 14 seater minibus with seat belts and twice as much space!!!!

We will be the only safe car/van on the island with proper car seats, seat belts for all.... added with the necessary amazing Mauritian radio!! You just can't beat that happy upbeat smiling ear candy...!

Smile all round....as we await arrival of vehicle No2!!
