Mmm mmm ..... You know, I could get used to living in the heat. If only my legs weren't quite so milk bottle white :-(

Tomorrow morning I'm getting up for a run. Portion sizes in the wonderful US of A are humongous (ridiculously so) and I can see myself going home several pounds heavier if I don't get my butt into action!
