Today is handover day

Today is handover day for my new house although things are so casual here I have had the keys since I arrived. The previous owners left some useful furniture and some kitchen things including champagne glasses for me which I can hand back as I get my own. These are Lainie and Rob's smudge sticks made from sage in their garden. They won't be ready for today but are so beautiful I couldn't resist them.
