Gentian Blue ...... Gentiana angustifolia

Spring in Autumn.

More than just an ornamental plant.

A flower with memories attached. It takes me back to the Pyrenees where I saw it many years ago and to Switzerland where I have seen its close relatives in the Trumpet Gentian clan flowering in spring and summer.
