What's that?

Or rather Chloe should be wondering 'what are those' because there are two of them. They are the remains of the waterwheels which once powered a mill beside the river Cocker. The milling is long ceased and the building is now a Youth Hostel. I tried some suitable witty comments along the mill/youth/hostel lines but couldn't think of any. Over to you, Blippers!
