Vegetarian Burger

For our friend Ben's birthday we decided to have a birthday dinner for him with of course, cake. Not just any cake - burger cake.

How to make:
2 Victoria sponges
1 chocolate cake
Rollable coloured icing
Cream icing

The victora sponges act as the bun, the chocolate cake is the meat and then cut the icing into cheese, tomato and lettuce shapes. Make the cream icing green as though it is a relish (alternatively red as though it is ketchup... we had a food colouring disaster so green it was for us...) and use this to stick the cake layers together. Sprinkle chocolate powder and icing sugar on top and then, you have a burger.
