Spring Colours

These beautiful Jacarandas caught my eye on our way to school and together with all the other colours I couldn't resist.

Jacarandas always remind me of my childhood. We always had one in the garden. The flowers soon fall off and create a beautiful purple carpet. Even though they only flower one month out of the year we even have a city named after them. Pretoria becomes the 'Jacaranda City' every October.

The weekend is in sight and I am looking forward to it!
