Another new arrival to try to ensure that there's a bit of colour and life out there over the coming months.

So far the squirrels haven't managed to dig up any bulbs but it's early days.

Hard to believe we're nearly half way through October and the colder, darker nights are just around the corner.

On the plus side that's the weather for soups and stews which makes for a full fridge.
