for those of you with nervous dispositions, this was the plan b blip of the day.

I did have a corker of an image - taken by Hilary (staff nurse) as Fran the physio inserted the longest, widest needle I've ever clapped eyes on, into my swollen left knee, injected some anaesthetic, drained stuff out, and pumped it full of steroid.

being too much of a wimp, I couldn't look at first, so Hilary took the image - then I plucked up the courage and took a couple of images. but resizing it for my blip made me queasy again, so you're being treated to a censoring of image!! it hurt like hell too.
