I think that is what this is.
I blipped the inside of one of these a while back and there was a comment it looked like purple rubber bands. When these unroll this is what they look like.
Don't know if I'll be able to do much commenting today - the internet connection is slow and I've quite a few things I have to do, but I'll try.
