Close Encounter

I was out in the back yard today looking for a good blip when I spotted this little one perched on our feeder. Since I had the wide angle lens on my camera I slowly made my way closer and closer. Unbelievably, I was able to get about two feet from him/her. And the whole time I was snapping away because I wasn't sure just how close I could actually get. I was amazed and very excited to be able to get as close as I did! If I wanted to reach out an touch him/her I easily could have!

Birds are such incredible animals!
