That horrible grey cloud is lifting

that's been hanging over me and my family's head for the last 3 years - the text message from my niece telling us the wonderful news.

Having lived with cancer - losing my Mum to it 2 years ago and then my sister getting breast cancer it's felt at times that we've just lived between check ups - but now my hearts singing with joy ..... never thought we would get such good news !!

On days when it's felt like it was never going to get any better, blipping made me get out and I realised that when I've got my camera in my hand the only thoughts in my head was the next shot !!

My prayers and thoughts are still with those that are fighting this horrid disease and to all their families walking that walk with them - keep strong and keep the faith.
