snow mountain...

...majesty

as i was coming out of the building from an appointment up north of the city... i looked up once i got through the door... i was awestruck - the mountains were in clear view - there were some trees in sight... some pines in line... and snow was visable all along the foothills and on the peak... what a glorious sight to behold. the clouds were suspended in a misty balance - hovering just above the mountains... the sun was shining through... the snow was crisp and fresh...

now i'm no fool... i have not tried my hand at landscapes - but there was no escaping this was a sight that needed to be recorded... so snap, snap - regardless of knowing settings and such, i didn't really care... it was more a time to relish the moment - enjoy the scene - take glory in nature...

and once i got home... downloaded for editing - lo and behold what a fabulous surprise awaited me - that adorable little plane flying over the land... i hadn't had my glasses on so wasn't even aware it was there... boo! what a bonus - what a treat - what a way
