.....3 v 1, 1 v 4. It was never going to be.

Did the right thing to preserve a relationship today, but it wasn't easy as it reflected on me, unjustly, in a poor light. I'm worried I'll gain nothing from it in the long run. Actually, I don't give a frick. Ho hum.

Went for a 3k run at lunchtime, first time since my 10k in September. Felt good, but I still much prefer cycling.
