Lord Grounds hobbles over a stile

Lord Damian Grounds and his Anti-Social Secretary (doubling up as chauffeuse) came to visit today, in view of my general downness. We had a wonderful day. Brunch at Bill's followed by a stroll around the antique shops of Cliffe. Then off to Firle for a wander around the village and the fine church. After that a splendid tea at Badger's Tea Room in Alfriston.

A walk in Alfriston provided some obstacles for His Lordship, who has damaged a knee. The brave fellow did not complain but scaled various stiles in his inimitable style...
