A day where everything has run smoothly

Have been reading this wonderful gem and took some advice and some time out this morning to sit and appreciate nature before I started getting us all up. I sat outside, despite the rain and it was so peaceful at stupid dawn o clock. It worked.. no school run chaos and all has been smooth ever since.

Not much blipping time as have had to fit in a run after work before I collected the girls. Just walking along the main road and noticed that there are still some roses round and about clinging on before winter comes.... optimism you see... it's everywhere. It's True
