Cameron's edited life

Ooh'er Missus...

On July 4th 1987 I went to the Albert Hall to see the wonderful Billy Connolly in concert - his 'Billy and Albert' gigs were arguably the best of his career IMO. I was in the company of my mate Kev and a few others.

During the concert Billy put forward his thoughts on the death of the linoleum industry in Kirkcaldy: he reckoned that because the product was so difficult to pronounce, and therefore problematic to ask for in the shop, eventually the buyers gave up and said "f**k it, I'll just have a carpet"

I fear that one of these products disappeared because of the problem experienced by prospective female purchasers.
